Actually, there’s a mod for fucking Ernest Borgnine.

The driving minimap is made for riding at 30km/h on Roach. It works fine if you go at that speed. Try it. They just put that system into Cyberpunk straight up. It doesn’t feel playtested or optimized at all.
Honestly, I dig it, too. A LoFi aesthetic would’ve totally been appropriate for this game. When I snag the GOTY w/ Expansion Pass version in the 2021 Steam Winter sale, I might try to do some tweaking if we can get there.
If there is one singular lesson from Nintendo that should be learned, studied and goddamned…
I was coming into the comments to say this. Reminded me so much of this game. I was so obsessed with it back in the day. One of the earliest games I can remember purchasing.
Awesome PS1 vibe. Somebody should take a big indie whack at that aesthetic.
That game was so damn good. I remember hanging out on the balcony, just to listen to the music.
anti-racism federal training programs because they are “anti-American”
Owning a current gen console and buying physical discs a much more bandwidth intensive situation today than some people may realize. The current gen blu-ray discs that each current gen console uses have a maximum capacity of 50GB. Most physical discs today don’t include the entire game. There are multiple texture and…
And that’s just the US. Plenty of other decently large markets have even worse infrastructure.
Still though, let's vote for Biden and end this nightmare.
In the US and other backwards hellholes it will continue to make some sense to release consoles in two models - for people who have decent internet access and those who don’t.
This guy gets it. Until internet is free and available to everyone, even in boonie-ass towns far away from the city, there will always be a physical disk drive.
Yeah, I think far too many people are oblivious to the fact that huge numbers of people don’t have access to reliable high speed Internet. Not just in the US, but in many other places around the world.
Ghost of Tsushima is the only game I’ve ever really gotten into the photo mode on, but the photobug bit me fuckin’ haaarrrddd. I currently have 1796 screenshots setting on my harddrive, just from Ghost. I’m wondering if I’ll hit 2000 by time I platinum it.
As a PC gamer, that master race crap isn’t really too relevant anymore except as a self-referential joke here and there. Thank god, that shit was a terrible look for all of us. Nintendo fans may be, en masse, the largest and loudest group of rabid fans, but if you really want to see crazy go below the surface on PC…
Yikes! I see what you mean about the closeness of the perspective. Just watching this video game me anxiety about what was off-screen.
Uh, yes?
Nintendo fanbois are notorious for not having managed expectations. This is probably the real reason why directs are paused and not because of COVID (seriously, they’re a super wealthy company...it’s not that hard to edit together a 20 minute feature remotely).
Man, I came to this realization about the Mega Man Zero series after buying the collection for Switch. I played the first few games to death on the GBA, but they are not well-designed for exactly that reason: the screen is so zoomed in that you can’t see what’s coming until it’s too late. Enemies can see you long…
I just bought one to play Starfox and Xenoblade Chronicles X. It's a little half-baked in execution but it's fun. Definitely get one for the $100 I paid. Also, totally against white supremacy.
