Origins is the best of the three. Hopefully they can make the next one more like it.

Yeah, Origins is miles better than Inquisition esp in terms of likable characters and interesting story. I prefer the gameplay, too, even though it’s more complex than the subsequent Dragon Age sequels. Really bummed they had to change it.

Just fired up Origins for the first time in a while, and I actually enjoy it better than Inquisition. It’s a little slower, but the story and characters tend to grip me in just the right way.

If you haven’t gone back and tried it, I recommend it.

Agreed. Additionally, categorically adding each additional A in AAA game development separates the production from the final product. Gorgeous game with tremendous gameplay. DICE really did a wonderful job with it and some of these designs are “framed picture” worthy.

Yeah, well...I wanna have fun and having a bunch of random assholes show up and ruin that for no real good reason isn’t really acceptable. I paid $60 bucks to play a video game and have fun, not sit in a brig cause a few friends dc’d or because 12-year-olds.

Funnily enough, this article’s mountaintop is my mainstay/fave. I genuinely enjoy the Souls games and I wouldn’t call them hard so much as I’d say they’re challenging, but also way easier than they first appear once you get the hang of them.
