Omg The Orphanage is SO GOOD. Watched it for the first time in broad daylight, 11:30am on a Sunday morning and it STILL scared the crap out of me!

Really! That’s so strange, because honestly my first thought after seeing the trailers for this (haven’t watched the film yet) was basically “This looks cool and all, but isn’t Mr Knightley way too young???!?!”

And kind of amazingly full circle, in retrospect, considering RZ’s latest film role!

Right? I was kind of hoping it would be like “A surprising return —- oh no, not Hopper, I mean of course he’s back but we already knew that, there is actually another SURPRISING return”

Haha, that is so true. I’ve mostly seen it from around the party scene onward, at the earliest.

Yes, or if I’m out with a guy friend and I order beer and he orders tea or soda -- guess who usually gets handed the beer.

Very good fried chicken, and I like their bentos a lot— tho imho their pan (bread) selection is subpar compared to other combinis.

It would probably also be very effective. I had a similar situation (although as an adult). I moved abroad after college and lived there for 12 years. I didn’t actually have a US credit card for that whole time, just one from my bank in the country where I was living. But I was an authorized user on my parents’ Amex

I just love the Roadshow host guy’s reaction too. Just sort of stands there for a sec all, “Oh no, not another one ...” and then slowly makes his way over like, “Okay, you gonna get up now? Are you done?”

Lol I said canon, not storytelling ;-p

I think it can still go either way. Resistance was a tough production for a lot of reasons. Filoni being busier with the live-action stuff was one thing (although he was still as involved as he could be with scriptwriting and also final retakes/review of the episodes). And the other big thing is that Resistance was

Likely not actually a continuity error, though. As other people have pointed out, it makes more sense that part of this season just takes place simultaneously with Episode 3.

When they were asking him to come up with how to implement the plan right? It was something like “Don’t look at me, I’m just the ideas guy”

I felt so sorry for Victoria P., she made that awful awkward joke and then later when she had the one on one time with him, he totally didn’t remember her AT. ALL. So then she had to explain the whole cringey joke all over again... ugh.

That’s why a common technique right before a bodybuilding competition is to eat a whole bunch of chocolate, because apparently (not sure if it’s due to the caffeine or the sugar or what but) that helps make the veins to stand out more.

Yeah the biggest clue was right in the first episode — the scene with Ciri and her grandmother, talking about “You were my age when you won the battle of Whatshisface.” And then the very next scene is Geralt and Renfri and talking about how her life was stolen from her and she says “Calanthe just won the battle of

Haha, yes the “and you just started calling him Dad” part is great.

Same reason why being in an airport makes it OK to drink alcohol at 7am.
