As far as I know a remake (yes, not a remaster, full remake from the grounds up) of ACI was in development and was meant to be shown at E3, but wasn’t. I guess they’re either saving it for PSX or simply for some non-specific point in the future in which they feel confident to show it.

Oversight or a half-hearted attempt at SEO, I guess.

That’s exactly the thing that most people don’t get about marriage - the actual idea that you are, in fact, going to get married in the near future should under no circumstances be a surprise. It should be discussed thoroughly beforehand and both parties should make sure they want it and are on the same page about

Yeah, because God forbid a Spider-Man game try to be optimistic.

Yes, and apparently there’s also one person somewhere in the US named Pussy Galore. Doesn’t really make me take the Bond character any more seriously.

This was several years ago. so I don’t recall exactly what questions I asked, but I’ve interviewed multiple indie devs and have never had a problem besides with her. I don’t go out of my way to ask “difficult” questions or go into any interview with any sort of agenda, I just try to ask things which I would personally

An extremely unpleasant person. Basically when I interviewed her she refused to answer any question whose answer didn’t put her in a good light. She kept bragging about how many downloads the demo of her game had, but angrily refused to answer how many have actually purchased it. Continued to treat me like shit with a

I’ve actually communicated briefly with Wu during my very brief stint as a gaming journalist. Believe me when I say that her comparing herself to a WWII veteran is perfectly in character.

Yes, exactly, it’s a work in progress. So it reasons that a game would look worse while it’s work in progress than when it’s actually released, not better. The author’s condescending attitude towards the people who feel strongly about the issue was extremely grating - basically his position amounts to “graphics don’t

You know, it’s funny to think that during the period between widely sold autonomous human-like robots and said robots becoming so indistinguishable from humans that they may as well be human “robosexual” will actually be a very real sexual orientation for people exclusively interested in dating robots and having no

When’s the last time you saw two young female characters in media just being really good BFFs without any romantic feelings on either side? I can’t really think of a lot of examples outside of anime, to be perfectly honest with you. Lesbians are pretty “safe” (the general audience, especially outside of the US,

Less than 3% of people in the real world identify as gay. I’m openly gay myself but I understand that I’m very much in the minority (despite what the Internet may want to make you think), and it’s really annoying how some fans want that 3% to be 100%. It’s idiotic to claim that a game like Overwatch in particular

You know, sometimes I wonder if any of the people inventing these ships have ever had a friend before. The sheer idea that they can’t wrap their heads around the fact that if two people (especially of the same gender) are close they could just be really good friends is actually pretty hilarious to me.

I think the mentality is that you can only afford one, maybe two games a month tops. Pushing it past November’s payday for most people is actually a good move, since if you decided to buy all 3 you’re more likely to do it now.

And I think we can all agree that when someone is too dumb to understand basic, obvious sarcasm you’re best off walking away, mildly concerned about that person.

Ah, yes, I can see how you got that idea. I think it was this part of my comment that caused it:

But if the game was the opposite, a white man banging Middle Eastern girls to death, it would’ve been horrible, racist, sexist, xenophobic and every other bad word in the book.

You seemed to be confused. I hope my comment cleared up your confusion. :)

Breaking news: Local man’s unique taste prevents him from enjoying a certain game!

Holy shit, that’s brilliant! Anthology and horror go hand in hand, so I guess it was only a matter of time before this principle came to gaming, given that it’s already been established in literally any other medium. I hope once the anthology concludes it’s released as one package, because I’m planning to stay faaaar
