I think it’s because he’s the one funding it and yelling at the engineers to make it great (referring to the existing cars and spaceships), not the one in the dealership making the sales pitch.  He’s always been horrible and awkward as a presenter, and then his companies go out and deliver good products that change

It’s the truck from that one old movie... Back to the Future!

I really enjoyed Drive.  Great atmosphere.  Great music.  Good, non-patronizing driving scenes, even if the character was very ‘into’ driving.  That was part of the character development.  Not a schtick.  Good movie.

So... It’s more expensive than a Tesla model Y with fewer features, less range and more awkward styling?

I’m always shocked and a little sad when I see a saturn on the road and think to myself that it looks SHOCKINGLY good for a 90's car. I wish the plastic body panel thing held up in the market. They were a good idea lost to corporate poor planning.

Mustang = 2 doors and 3-part taillights, apparently.

I wish they would bring the i30N to the US.  Great hot hatch without the weird veloster layout.

The rear camber on that Pajero EVO looks... dangerous. Hopefully it’s just from wheel articulation and trailer loading and it’s not actually set up that way...

And on the 924Turbo, you get 3 grilles under the bumper, 4 grilles just over the bumper, AND a NACA duct on the hood. #Grilles4Days

Agreed.

It’s due to the change-over from Static Friction to Dynamic Friction on just the rear wheels (made worse by wet conditions). When a car is just driving down the road, static friction is high (rubber to concrete has a very high static friction coefficient) on all 4 wheels and the tires aren’t sliding against the

He probably saw his mistress and his wife waving at him up ahead on opposite sides of the road and he needed time to tell his au pair to duck down low in the passenger seat so they wouldn’t see her...

New Subclass!?

Wildcard:

This line makes me sad because it basically stands as a declaration of constant dissatisfaction.  There will always be new things that are marginally better than the old things and if someone’s default position is that they don’t like ‘old’ things, it’s super easy to overspend and they’ll have a much harder time being

Not to mention that you’re FAR more likely with thin sidewalls to damage your expensive wheels/tires if you live somewhere that has pothole season.
