There’s no good excuse for his failure, which should go down as the most humiliating performance in Super Bowl history.

No different than any other Monday in Boston though
It’s gonna be pretty funny when KD and Kyrie tell them to eat shit because they have no idea what they’re doing and can’t retain talent
Probably a liability thing with his insurance if he was drunk
I mean, is it though?
So how long does it take for a college football player to get full on wings? Because they are an incredibly inefficient food to eat and I’m pretty sure these guys are eating like 8k calories a day.
Yeah, and the sum total of that “research” was essentially frostbite will kill you eventually and cholera is bad. MacArthur basically condoning war crimes because they happened to Chinese peasants.
And as everyone else used to call it, Dr Scholls ads.
You don’t see how both teams intentionally drawing penalties and calling for at least 2, maybe 3 reviews might make the last half of the 4th quarter terrible to watch? It would make defense even more irrelevant than it already is. No one would pay DBs a fortune because they’d need 4-5 of them who could each shut down…
I think the problem is that in slow-mo there’s probably some form of DPI on most contested throws, so a legit strategy if you need a big play would be to just send everyone on go routes 3 plays in a row and challenge when you think the most obvious DPI occurred. Boom. 35 yard penalty. That or you actually get a good…
You’d need an entire extra crew of refs, but I don’t even care. This is obviously the best answer. It would be absolutely fucking bonkers.
And the defense that gave up 24 points in the 4th quarter didn’t have to do shit. Funny how half the team can be terrible and it not matter at all in a “team sport”
And the team that loses might not get to touch the ball at all. You’re taking a team game and saying the offense can win the game entirely by itself, but only the team who won the coin toss. The other team has to play offense and defense no matter what. That’s a disadvantage in a sport where league wide offensive…
The fact that everyone knows the rules doesn’t make them not shitty and bad. And as for who had a weaker defense, let’s look at the last 5 possessions before the end of the game:
Chiefs gave up 2 TDs and a field goal while forcing a punt and getting an INT.
Pats gave up 3 TDs and a field goal while forcing a punt.
There was a time when I didn’t like him for... reasons I guess? I don’t even remember. I bought into the the whole “he’s a choker, he’ll always hold the Cowboys back, etc.” narrative (which was fine for me because I hate the Cowboys). Then there was that game where they lost to the Peyton Manning Broncos like 51-48 or…
Why does only one team have to prove they can play defense? The team that won gave up 24 points in the 4th quarter alone and allowed a score on 4 of its last 5 defensive series. Sounds like they can’t play defense for shit, but they’re still going to the super bowl because a coin flip said they didn’t have to.
Who’s to say the Patriots could’ve kept the chiefs out of the endzone in OT though? According to you, if they couldn’t they don’t deserve to win, but they never even had to try and we’ll never fucking know now. That game was decided by a coin flip. Cool.
I’m not asking them to call the game more strictly, I’m asking them to be even the slightest bit consistent. There’s such a wide gulf between what is pass interference or roughing the passer on a play to play basis, no one has any real idea of what they even are.
