Then why make them play in OT at all? Why not just flip a coin to see who wins and be done with it? As it sits, the OT rules handicap (in this case, fatally) one team based on the outcome of a coin flip.

That’s a really good point about Belichick hating Trump if he had to be around him for any length of time. I hate him that much more because he can still be a shallow asshole
Two overtime conference championships in the same day should be great football, but by far the biggest stories from each are how terrible the officiating was. Put that on top of the best offense in football doesn’t even get a chance to touch the ball in the second one and I just feel robbed. This should’ve been a…
My understanding was that pads slow you down a lot. Maybe not this much, but enough to say that you can’t really compare raw values from the combine with game day speed.
Please someone make a downfall video of the coaching staff too afraid to tell him that Enos is gone. I think we could all really use it.
He’s not saying the use of the word “hail” is Nazi. Read the article, the chorus uses the phrase “hail victory”, which is what “sieg heil” literally translates to. Similarly, you can use the word “final” all you want, but if you put it right before “solution”, there’s some connotations that come along with it.
So if Brady retired and then stopped talking to Edelman because he was just a work friend, Edelman probably shows up at his house and attempts suicide right? I know that’s morbid, but it also feels completely plausible.
Ideally, make handguns and semi-automatic rifles illegal, or at least extremely hard to get, and a national registry for guns, similar to vehicles. Now, I know a bunch of Texan chucklefucks would literally rather kill themselves and everyone else around them before giving up their guns, so I’d settle for a ban on…
I agree with pretty much everything you’ve written, and I think the US should enact stricter gun control laws, but I don’t think it would have a similar effect as those in Canada. The two main reasons are 1) there are more guns than people in the US, so even if you get rid of 90% of them, there’s still 40 million guns…

glad someone else thought of this too
They're terrible.

I know, I wasn’t replying to disagree with you. Just adding that even though it was called correctly, it just introduces more potential problems and conflicts. “Through the process of the catch” has been dumb and annoying at times, but at least people were starting to get used to what it entailed. They keep changing…
Could it be muscle memory that made him replicate his form at dinner? Probably not.
Right, but if a player came over to “recover” it from the ref blowing the whistle and calling it dead, it could be delay of game. NFL either needs to get rid of replay all together or have refs stop blowing a play dead in anything but definitive situations.
5 or 6 more and he might be in real trouble
“Everyone knew Joe Montana would eventually have arm issues. And look, he only won Super Bowl MVP three times before he got injured and traded away in favor of a backup. That’s why he went in the third round. Teams know what they are doing...”
Greg, look at me. Ignore everything the crazy person with the terrible ham takes just said. As far as I’m concerned, your marriage was never valid because it was based on LIES. She told you she was thrifty and then gives away a lifetime of free shit because it’s not very expensive to replace? Free is even less…
Thank you for posting the research. The “but...but... It’s actually against the ruuuuuules” greys can fuck off forever.
