Life in Aggro is a reference to Final Fantasy XIV, which is one of the best MMORPGs on the market right now. And Miqo’tes are the resident catgirls/boys of the game:

Man, I loved Skies of Arcadia SO FRIGGIN MUCH. It’s definitely in my top 5 of all RPGs ever, but after Chrono Trigger at #1, the other 4 get kinda muddled.

Skies of Arcadia will always hold a place in my heart.

My only gripe with the Gamecube version is the music that is not as good as the Dreamcast version (quality wise) but obviously, only people who played both versions can notice. Otherwise, this game is amazing.

Man, it’s an absolute crime that SEGA sees fit to give us updates and ports of Dreamcast games like Bass Fishing and Space Channel 5 part 2, but leave Skies of Arcadia to wallow in the margins of gaming history. And don’t give me that sheepish look, SEGA! I saw that stage in Sonic Racing Transformed and those cheeky

As a man who has been heavy all his life, I just want to say, don’t generalize. Everybody’s body is different.

Late stage capitalism working exactly as intended.

Yeah, UNLESS the law is different in the Polland, that’s pretty straight forward.

This would be like Fox trying to change the nature of their contract with George Lucas after it turned out that Star Wars merchandise was way, way more profitable than they thought.

Thing is CDPR already offered him royalties BEFORE they started the first game. He thought to cash in early instead and been bitter about it ever since. What’s worse, he’s been talking trash about the games ever since any time he gets.

“I was stupid enough to sell them rights to the whole bunch,” he toldEurogamer. “They offered me a percentage of their profits. I said, ‘No, there will be no profit at all - give me all my money right now! The whole amount.’ It was stupid. I was stupid enough to leave everything in their hands because I didn’t believe

He has been upset about this for years now because the Witcher blew up but the facts are he sold off the rights to non book media years ago. He made a choice, which in hindsight turned out to be a poor one but he has to live with it.

I mean, Mario Party for the DS and 3DS worked just fine with motion controls involving shaking, turning, and rotating the system. I understand not every minigame on the Switch version would work in handheld, but I don’t see why the majority couldn’t.

Yes, but that was a design decision they made - not to design for useful controls at all. They could have done so, but didn’t. I know, that would have ‘compromised’ the motion control design, but no big loss since the motion control is terrible.  Prey being the other obvious example.

Which works wonderfully well on the subway or in a car...

I feel like the article is more of an observation than it is a complaint. It is shining a light on something potentially negative, but she mostly just talks about it as being the state of the game.

Similar:

I’m surprised the officer in the picture wasn’t also on his mobile phone while on the computer, both which of course are illegal in my state but hey, because cops, they’re above all laws, so I guess it’s okay.

Meanwhile, inside the patrol car...

It’s any time there’s an alert from the National Weather Service, regardless of what the alert is. Because they’re not consistently written there’s no way for the game to interpret them, and so they err on the side of caution.

I’ve seen them for “Hydrologic Outlook” warnings too because of this, which isn’t an active
