Right before that there was the party where they ate sushi off of a naked lady. If we're looking into general sexism, there are countless reports of pretty astoundingly unmasked biased in business and around the industry.

I'm no constitutional scholar, but I'm pretty sure that's a load of bunk. There are plenty of things you can't take pictures of in the US (New York subway stations, for example), and while displaying photos may be considered a form of free speech, I don't imagine taking them is.

Not to mention all of the bad PR the industry has gotten for its members' ostensible views on women (what with all the topless women at parties we've been hearing about).
