What’s interesting is that people will pay money to have an unfair advantage in a game that doesn’t even record Win-Loss. There’s no leader board and it’s Free to Play. How severe does your need to win, or perhaps even worse(imo) the need to cause other people frustration?

Connecting Soul Caliber character story lines back in the day was like a simpler puzzle version of how Dark Souls accumulates it’s lore. You take facts from here and there, carry the decimal, and then close your eyes and imagine a complete Lore by filling in the gaps.
