Edgar Wright is brilliant and far and away my favorite director. Part of me—the optimistic part—still feels like the Wright misunderstanding was more of an Ike Perlmutter era decision, and now that he has been relegated to Marvel TV, there is ever hope for Wright to return.

I think most importantly the show looks pretty limited in concept, and pretty boring to boot. I haven’t seen the film.
