Won’t be seeing this film, only because the Ghostbusters bore the living shit out of me.

Frankly, I don’t condone that, either.

This somehow seems easier than the bullshit series of games we’ve set up for ourselves in the 21st century.

Anybody complaining that this movie spends time looking back, there are going to be exactly 50 million more of these. In the age of long-form storytelling (see MCU), spending some time looking back looks great when the entire picture is revealed.

Whoa. Does the blast bend the needle? That’s pretty intense. Really surprised they didn’t get that on camera. It definitely looks like the needle is bent in the vid.

“...Will Astound You” if you have absolutely no prior knowledge of films from the 1970s.

In direct contradiction to the BvS trailer, The Force Awakens is really running out of non-plot related action shots to show in their ad campaign.

Usually it’s like “Wow they’ve shown the whole movie in a series of TV spots and trailers” but now it’s like “I think they’re running out of non-plot related scenes to show.”

Why in the world does anybody have a problem with this? If you think the story will suffer as a result, that’s a decently legitimate argument, but if you object to this based on some sort of standard for what you do/don’t want to see, I believe you made your choice to turn off HBO.

Not too crazy of a theory. Abrams had a great time telling everyone IT’S NOT KHAN” when in fact, it was. It’s poor storytelling but bound to win over Star Wars fans.

You’re just asking for it, now.

Duck! It’s a bomb!

See ya guys tomorrow.

Stephen King is one of my favorite people in this regard because he really isn’t concerned about adaptations in general. Of course he wants them to be good, but overall, he is OK with them being “whatever” because the source material will always exist.

That said, his attitude might change if The Dark Tower ever gets

Good to know they’re using all that pink chicken nugget paste for fun as well.

Wizened football goblin.

I still reserve his evil plan manifests itself through betrayal. He wanted humans to evolve. He thought the Avengers held them back. He wanted to show him his Vision for the future, what life could be like as advanced humans. The meteor and his destructive plot only came after The Avengers assumed Ultron wanted
