I’m 42 as well but I doubt she simply dropped dead. In recent years she was quite candid about how debilitating the depressive episodes of her bipolar disorder were though, after the airport incident, she said she started on medication. Soy sauce has gluten. I found that out because our handyman at work has celiac. When I bring Asian dishes in for co-workers, I make sure to substitute tamari in any recipe that calls for soy sauce.
