I think you’re right. I’m currently reading Live From New York, the oral history of SNL. More than a few people remark that Christopher Guest has a super, super, Saharan-dry personality. And, also, Harry Shearer is kind of an asshole (which made me sad).

His James Carville-esque performance in S2 stands out as a close favorite behind his Lil Edie.

Ok.

No, Sansa is indeed the Lady of Winterfell, becoming so after both Bran and Jon declined to be the Lord of Winterfell. Jon did make her regent in the North while he was gone to meet with Dany, and he did indeed abdicate as King in the North when he bent the knee to Dany. Dany considers herself Queen of the Seven

I was simply pointing out that she wasn’t using a surrogate because she didn’t want to physically have the child herself, which the OP seemed to be implying.

I hate that I know this much about Kim Kardashian, but she can no longer safely carry a pregnancy to term. That doesn’t mean she couldn’t adopt one of the many children out there who need a home, but she isn’t using a surrogate just because she doesn’t want to have the child herself.

I don’t think Jon is considered the Lord of Winterfell. They named him King in the North, which he’s basically abdicated to Dany, and Sansa is considered the Lady of Winterfell.

This was my immediate first thought. I can totally see it. I’m thinking Bernthal is probably playing Tony’s father.

I keep rewatching it and wondering if Jon’s statue looks older, and it does, right? I feel like that’s a huge spoiler!

I clearly recall being skeeved out by R Kelly when I found out he married Aaliyah, and I was only 12 back in 1994 when it happened. Anyone who has worked with him since then is complicit, bottom line.

A good Les Miz adaptation? Finally?! Sign me up!

IIRC, Joe Hill has said that Locke and Key won’t premiere until 2020.

It’s been so long since I finished that last book, but I definitely recall feeling like I didn’t care at all about her storyline by the end of DwD. I feel like the book and the TV show is telegraphing a villain turn for Dany to justify the resolution of the many prophesies. I think she dies and I think Jon kills her.

I’ve only watched the series once, as the seasons aired, and I find Dany just as insufferable. I assumed it was from having read the books, as well, since she’s insufferable on the page, too. I don’t want her to win. As much as I hate Cersei, Dany deserves the throne even less than her. And now she’s infected Jon Snow

I’ve suffered from often severe IBS since my one round with Accutane 14 years ago. It would have almost been worth it if it had actually worked, but my acne came back, and I still struggle with it to this day. So, now, I have acne AND IBS.

Since evidently there are taped interviews with Dr Shirley talking about how his relationship with Tony Vallelonga WAS more than employee-employer, it does make one wonder what the family’s motives are, since they claim the opposite.

He did? Because the one or two stories I read at the time, and the one you linked, stated that the water had been running for a few days and never mentioned anything about a cat sitter. If I’m wrong, then that’s great, because otherwise he’s a shitty cat parent.

My husband asked me the other day, “what’s the weather supposed to be like today?” I said, “50s?” And his response was, “so I can wear shorts then, cool.”

I was really bothered by this story when it initially happened. With all of his money - and he has a ton - he couldn’t hire a pet sitter to come check on his cat on a daily or every other day basis while he was out of the country? If I go on a long weekend, I’ll have someone come by at least once just to make sure my

I go to CareNow (hello, fellow Texan!) more than my PCP, because it can take days to get an appointment with my PCP. I used to be able to get same day, or at least within one business day, appointments, but in the last several years, that’s never the case (and it’s the same for all of the other doctors in the same
