Interesting conversation piece. Years later, Ford came out with a well windowed version called the Expedition. This should’ve been sold since the Suburban was sold. It was the only 1 of its kind & without competition for decades.

I was sure that Dinan products were the bee’s knees. Apparently they are some notches above parts from a traditional catalog from the Jay Sea, or a store with pep, but not very many notches.

Mentioning the power windows is important since they wear out in Bimmers.  But what about the turn signals?

A at least 5 year old Bimmer or Merc.  Good luck getting (or affording) parts & service.

I’m generally there.  I’m generally not a fan of the angular, wedgy 1980s styling.  But I’m open to a ZR1 or other C4 with a sensible engine swap.

C4: the red head stepchild of corvettes.

My rule of thumb is never pay over 10000 bucks for a C4, unless it’s a ZR1.

That’s 1 way to be an asshole.  When it comes to Bimmers, most people just don’t use their turn signals.

This is 1 of the wackiest picks for this feature. You really struck me & I’m sure so many others upside the head with this. There’s too much cognitive dissonance for me to be able to make a conscientious vote.

Fair market price, I suppose. If it’s the Ford Jaguar, then it has a bit more quality: reliability & durability.
