That's interesting and hilarious.

nytime an older woman is no playing her proscribed role: subdued, conservative – she is said to be desperate for attention. I’ve noticed that. It’s just another way of saying old woman, stay in your place.

It is ageism and sexism too.

Consider that Miley's antics and those like her are really Madonna's antics. Madonna is the trailblazer younger singers like her have followed. They are her progeny and her legacy, so in fact, she is not following them.

What does that even mean? Translation: cede the stage to youth, go sit in a corner, shut up and die. It's a requirement because youth fear age and older people represent age and mortality and who wants to see that???

This is ageist, sexist bullshit. “At a certain point, with age, we lose our grip on which ideas are cyclical and which ideas are perpetual and which ideas have died out.” You’re kidding, right? The exact opposite should happen. One grows wiser with age because you have lived long enough to understand precisely what

Even she has better taste.

True, but it sure is fun.

I hope you're right because I sure as HELL don't want to look at his hideous, dough boy face for four years.

The GOP: we're not idiots, we just play idiots on TV.

Bwahahahahahahahahah!!!! It's funny because it's true.

Probably. But who will be buying that shtick except the idiot teabigots?

Let me just say that, yes, the man needs a good tailor. On the other hand he's just one more pathetic passenger in the clown car that is the Republican Party so it makes sense that he's in oversized clown clothes. Man, what a doofy looking s.o.b.

GET OFF MY LAWN!

Amen, sister. If I could afford this procedure I would definitely have it. I would love, love, love to appear in a bathing suit on the beach anywhere again without feeling self-conscious.

Ah, the magic money and connections can do.

Well, she wasn't and she did.

I couldn't agree with you more. That's exactly why society shouldn't be pressuring people to reproduce.

I think all of us are duped into believing parenthood is going to be this penultimate transcendent experience when in reality it is mostly drudgery punctuated by equally brief moments of, I don't know, joy and vomit. I have had vast experience caring for children as an aunt and it seems 110X better than motherhood.

You will certainly find out one day that it is, if you don't get hit by a truck first.
