The most frustrating thing about this is how the CEO treats the existence of racist content on his platform as a “hypothetical.” As if it’s not a fact that unmoderated spaces online eventually devolve into racist hellholes.

Why don’t you look at who had that label before Musk threw his tantrum.

So instead of terminating a lease in a normal, and far cheaper fashion, he’s going to not pay rent and deface the building to do it, which is going to cost far, far, far more. Not just in money, but in the fact that most people don’t respect him anymore.
