“shows a fundamental lack of forward thinking on your part”

What makes you think you can resell it?

“Ubisoft is doing light version of this but essentially this allows every item in s game to be tokenized and sellable on any open market.”

“but video games seem to be one use case where they could kind of make sense”

“You buy literally nothing but some entertainment time.”

We have researched this. Far more than you, apparently.

“NFTs are not a scam”

Because currently, that’s all it’s used for. And no one has come up with any use for an NFT that isn’t far better handled by existing tech.

I’m rejecting your comment because one has literally fuck all to do with the other. That cheap gas car is still going to be extremely expensive to maintain, and their circumstances don’t change that there are lots of people who, with the subsidies, can afford them.

“But, somehow, a guy and his company profiting (oh wait, I thought he was losing money?) off of delivering innovation, societal good a great product is evil?”

But we don’t want true fairness. We want to encourage things that will be better for the environment. Saying that gas subsidies are terrible, but EV subsidies are good is not any kind of hypocrisy. That person wants to subsidize things that will help stop climate disaster, and discourage things that contribute to it.

“He is literally proving that if the government weren’t so intrusive, electric cars would have already been viable by now.”

Except BEVs are still a fraction of cars sold. The purpose of the subsidy is to encourage consumers to purchase BEVs instead of purchasing gas burning vehicles.

She was right. A deficit means that the government is putting more money back into the economy than it’s taking out. Likewise, a budget surplus is the government taking out more than it was putting back in. It’s a large reason why, shortly after the balanced budget of Clinton, there was a recession.

I’m guessing that plenty of people there knew this was going to happen, and encouraged it.

If you’ve got proof of them acting in such a way, present it. But you’d be extremely hard pressed to prove that leadership of any large company acted in any way, shape, or form, in a leftist way.

The point of banning a post is that they don’t want that content on their site. All your suggestion will do is give them a giant billboard to point at to spread their message.

No, the first to leave are those that can easily get new jobs, because they’re the ones that know they don’t need to put up with bullshit.

Seriously, if the issue is quality problems, getting people to work longer hours is not going to fix it.
