I think it’s a bit soon to say that. Mother 1 only got localized on the Wii U in 2015, almost 16 years after its original release. This alone shows that Nintendo just might localize Mother 3. It’s “only” been 3 years since EarthBound Beginnings.

I’m surprised Genealogy of the Holy War and The Binding Blade both ranked higher than Thracia 776. Last time I checked (about a decade ago), they both had a complete fan translation (except for the ending of Holy War), while Thracia only had menu translations.
