I too thought that Stardust Crusader was boring, so much that I wanted to drop JoJo. Each episode felt like “introduce a new generic enemy, defeat him, and move on to the next”. The characters were boring, and even Joseph took a nosedive from when he was still the protagonist of Battle Tendencies.

To be fair, only 3 games out of 15 has had breeding: 4 (Holy War), 13 (Awakening), and 14 (Fates).
