I agree on the Jury not following the instructions, but the issue with the items not allowed for evidence is the fault of Samsung Lawyers. AFAIK, they failed to submit before the deadlines.

I don't think Consumer grade cameras (even good ones are meant to go through that many actuations. 44K shots would last MANY years for most consumers.

I was taught a simple trick recently. Only put three things on your todo list for the day. Do those three, then add three more things. I'm not sure if i'm actually being more productive, but it sure feels a lot less stressful.

The problem is NOT that Facebook takes down stuff that they find violates their ToS, but that they do it so randomly and inconsistently. And when they do, they just give you a very vague reason for it. You're kind of just playing a crap shoot sometimes and stuff you think should be fine, get's taken down.

I have no issue with someone clueless buying an expensive toy... as long as they don't go around then pretending to be a photographer.
