A Sausage McMuffin Meal was my most regrettable purchase last friday...

The follies of jury trials when no one understand the technology. IMHO this is the best way to explain it. Gary said Abbey said Jim is Gay. If Jim is not Gay, then Abbey is the one that's reporting the misinformation. Gray on the other hand is saying a truth, because in fact Abbey did say it.

rather than the guy who made it, maybe they should have fired the guy who decided to get rid of a perfectly usable product with a beta product?

Is this really a privacy violation if the pics are already available for you to see? It shows a certain lack of respect, but i don't think it's an invasion of privacy.

From what i've seen it depends on what i'm watching. If i'm watching some nature documentary, then the higher frame-rate really adds to the visuals. On the other hand, if i'm watching something like a war movie or something that's supposed to be set older, i think the slightly lower quality actually adds to the

i like how you ended that comment with "spin."

I agree that most musicians are broke, but i don't think piracy really has anything to do with it. That's more an issue of really oppressive music label contracts. When it comes down to it, the labels have been ripping off the artists AND the customer for years. Most of the artists who are have money do it based

the credit card knife, i can see being an accident. I have a small blade on my money clip and i always think, "one day i'm gonna forget i am carrying this at the airport."

Hmm i think the Eclipse is WAY better looking...

The issue here is that we have a company that prides itself on making high quality stuff that "just works." If Mercedes Benz makes a lemon, they will get a lot more flak from customers and media than is Hyundai makes a lemon. And not working for 1 in 5 people is a pretty bad statistic...

The general thought from many people is that they can just reuse photos anyway they want. Some people ask for permission first;some people don't. Sometimes they credit you; sometimes they don't. I know there's no way for me to prevent people to using my photos on their FB page or force them to tag/credit me, but at

Well Tuned V8 or a round chambering in a gun.

The problem with "Fair Use" is that those are really just guidelines. It's still up to a court to decide each case if ti's fair use or not.

in THIS case they paid.. probably because their lawyers told them they have no case. When they violated the trademarks of Apple Music.. i believe that went to court. Not only did they settle on and come up with an agreement.. Apple then later violated that agreement.

This doesn't sound too draconian. The issues and concerns are:

Well i know we won't collide, but i was under the impression that the heat generated might be... bad... for the viability of current species.

i forget my numbers, but won't we collide with Andromeda before our sun dies?

i'm already lucky i survived the night i proposed.. if i tried this stunt.. i think i'd be dead...

This is the same lab that said the d800 was better than a Medium Format right?

Wait... so they are making a new GS2 again?
