I wish they would stop trying to make it look pretty and first try and make it work. It would be nice to have the auto sorting back on the galleries.. and the calendar has not reported proper dates since they made the month view thing...

I was just going to say, "survival of the fittest" what's wrong with that. As long as MS keeps the competition fair, it should be a good race to watch,

They need to stop copying other people and innovate their own designs!

my Palm had a grid of icons. I think the LG Prada did as well. I think Apple deserves a lot of credit for taking those ideas and making a very solid/usable product, but i also think they don't deserve a patent for them. I think i recall the judge in the case once said, that it looks like Samsung violated the

There are times when practical use trumps math. Sure the numbers don't lie, but just how much of it is really perceptible? I view photos on my N7 and so far it hasn't seemed to be an issue. it's not as nice as my Samsung SUPER AMOLED TURBO ZETA PLUS screen, but it's acceptable.

This is really a "you get what you pay for." At this price point, you just won't get good quality at either end of the zoom/wide range.

Outside of the cost difference between enterprise level storage and backup solutions, even if the space available is bigger, the policy would not change unless there was a need to change. Most large organizations don't have dedicated record managers and policies rarely change, until they get sued big...

In this case it's not a passion for technology, but a hatred for abuse of a mangled intellectual property system that drives me.

Except that there are tons of vehicles that vaguely look like a Jeep, but no one get's sued. not to mention a flat slate device with an all glass surface is hardly an idea that Apple invented. Just because they made the first one that was popular doesn't mean they invented the idea. Best as i can figure.. Stanley

Really? I owned an original Galaxy S and the only thing i found similar was the app drawer (which to apple is the home screen) scrolled sideways. beyond that, i don't think they were anything alike. Is an app launcher that scrolls sideways really something that's patentable?

Don't most children's toys have warnings and age recommendations? I just think that magnets or not, ANYTHING that is easy to swallow should never be around infants and toddlers, especially unsupervised.

My point is there are TONS of things that are dangerous for children. Why specifically this tiny niche item? Kids will just find other things to eat if you take away this one item. Why not ban watch batteries? marbles? paper clips? any other small lose bite sized item?

I found that filters will sometimes cause weird internal reflections.

Really? Shall we stop the sale of any thing potentially dangerous for children, who's parents can't be bothered to keep their kids away from?

Calling him a real life Joker sets a bad precedent.

I would have bought the 8GB is there was a mSD slot...

Yeah.. the ES version is crap... but then again.. i'm kind of comparing it to my Evo. I had one as a loaner while my car was in the shop for body work.. hated it...

If they then wanted to be scientific about their mess up, they could have looked into it a bit more... cause well i'm not an astronomer, but 38 light years from a Black Hole doesn't seem very impressive at all....

I kind of figured you were trying to make a joke on that line, i appreciated it

That's exactly what i thought, but a friend of mien was using them to hold up her hair and that was just cute.. i might buy her these for the same purpose.
