Women fought in WW II.

This is established historical fact.

The delicate fee-fees of the armchair historians who’ve never cared to engage with the reality of the war beyond saying “I watched Band of Brothers five times” (and no insult to Band of Brothers; I own the Blu-Ray and DVD editions, it was that good) are not a

It used to be that crashes and deaths caused by driving while drunk was just considered a part of the inherent risk of driving. People drive; people drink; sometimes bad things happen. Such is life. It took a concerted effort of pissed of moms of dead kids to say that conceptualization was fucked up and it’s not only

This is genuinely really fucking awesome.

Ha! Take that Switch losers!

If you have the time and the interest, I strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with Norse mythology, Kirk; it has a ton of analogues to many modern-day religions (Odin hanging from Yggdrasil is often interpreted as being similar to the crucifixion of Jesus of Nazareth, for instance, which shares roots with the

Play Horizon Zero Dawn.

“I like him cause he’s honest” = “I like hearing my shitty opinions coming from someone else’s mouth because I feel it validates them”

I still don’t get the “at least he’s honest” argument. I can appreciate wanting to feel like a candidate/politician is honest about their views/feelings, but if what they are honestly saying is horrible, inhumane trash then who cares about their honesty? I just don’t get it.

Many reasons for that. The nostalgia isn’t as strong, 3D games are a lot harder to emulate, and it’s a bit harder to market since a lot of early 3D games have not aged well and/or have been remade since then.

I’m holding out hope for a Mass Effect Trilogy remaster, followed by a new entry. I don’t care if it’s an actual Mass Effect 4 or an Andromeda 2 so long as it’s better than Andromeda. The game wasn’t as bad as people like to make it out to be, but it definitely paled in comparison to the previous three games and the

How about Skies of Arcadia, SEGA?

Oh, and please don’t touch the controller

2020 makes the most sense to me. Next years marks the 25th anniversary of the original Playstation launch in Japan, but 2020 marks the 25th anniversary of the worldwide launch of the system. Honestly I’m far less curious about when it’s going to launch, and much more focused on its capabilities. It’s utterly baffling

Whoa...how fucking cool would it be if this new Indiana wasn’t his namesake granddaughter....but his grandmother? I would be so down to see the franchise continue with a female adventurer in the Gilded Age.

Sorry, I can’t figure out how to embed it. It just won’t. Here’s the text from it:

“For the next reboot that makes men angry I’d like to submit for your consideration Lupita Nyong’o as Indiana Jones. She steals artifacts from museums and returns them to their rightful cultures.”

I hate this ending to the point where I don’t want to play the game anymore. It isn’t even that I need a ‘good’ ending where everyone lives merrily ever after, but I do need an ending that is a logical result of the gameplay itself.

*spoilers*

You’re correct.

it’s a hyperviolent first-person shooter and we’re already making it lol
