Is the main character a crybaby bunting?

Is it really so wrong for a game to reflect the ideas of hope and child-like idealism? Seems like the kind of story we need these days.

Found ‘that guy.’

Well, from literature there are always Shakespeare’s plays, though the characters involved don’t really have any iconic physical portrayal. Unlike Dracula with his cape, pale skin, and fang or Sherlock with his hunter cap.

I’ve made a point of playing Dark Souls through at least once a year since its launch.

I cannot wait for the remaster on PC, if only because it will revive the community so that not only the hangers-on (and the rare—but still extant—new player) will be slogging along through Sen’s Fortress.

I’ve loved the series (if

It’s an underrated game that’s worth checking out. Especially if you like over the shoulder style Resident Evil 4 style game play. I was totally getting into the story and characters and then the game abruptly ends leaving unresolved plot-holes. It’s as if the developers ran out of money. It’s a shame too. It was

Dear Video Game Industry People: Here are some responses you can use...

I still think that there should be a Zelda game where you take turns between playing as Link and Zelda, and that their distinct abilities should be necessary for solving the game’s puzzles.

I’mgonna start a fresh run tonight, probably reusing the same face as my most advanced char (ng+6).

I always like co-op in these games. I find it a really helpful to put down a summon sign (or in this case ring a bell) right before a new boss room. It’s a great way to scope out a new boss I’ve never seen and not be penalized for dying. That way when I return to my own game I immediately know if I can jump into the

Considering the amount of trumpet in the song, I always thought it was an actual Wah Wah being used.

If it means anything, Bayo 2 knocked a lot of the dumb QTE and instadeath stuff you said out of the way, while improving the enemy tells and smoothing out the overall gameplay.

I’m constantly surprised that Mario Maker isn’t already on Switch. Seems like a no-brainer with portable play and touchscreen.

Jesus. I don’t know much about Megan, but I know Gavin is one of the few objectively good things about the internet, and he seems like a good dude all around. Glad they’re safe.

How utterly despicable.

Now playing

‘She is TEXTBOOK mary sue.’

From someone who obviously doesn’t understand what a ‘Mary Sue’ actually is.

I feel compelled to direct you to some youtube videos explaining the concept that you’ve probably already seen and commented on in an effort to not have to confront biases (or if your insistence of not even possibly

Ready at Dawn... one of the most talented and underrated studio in the industry, and Sony let them go from their grasp after just one failure. I always though that was a wrong move by Sony, because Ready at Dawn owned one of the best looking game engine ever made, and it could’ve been exclusive to Sony.

Load of crap. The Buffalo soldiers of Blackdom were not just experienced vets, they legendary (if their reputations were to be believed). They had the advantage of home field, experience, AND surprise... and they got whipped. The Griffin gang lost, what maybe five men? The whole sequence was contrived, lacking in
