The thing I’ve always wanted to know, and never seems to get brought up, is whether he’s being charged as the person who fired the gun, or as the film’s producer who had legal responsibility. Because those are two VERY different defenses, and one is a lot more likely to work than the other.

I’m most looking forward to seeing more of Helena now that the reveal has happened. I imagine the company’s top idea would be having her talk directly to the innies to break their spirits, hearing the face of their friend saying they’re not real people. Some really great acting challenges there, interacting in a

For all the legit complaints you could have about this season, it feels like a lot of fans are still just completely hung up about how Carmy and Syd still aren’t fucking, which is the only thing they care about. It’s really just sad now.

The trailer mostly gave the impression that the film was outright propaganda for the conspiracy theory about the moon landing being fake. Luckily it turns out that’s not true, but I’m still left wondering what’s supposed to be appealing here.

It’s a real name that long predates the Muppet character, and Jim Henson even had a childhood friend with it, though he insisted to his dying day that the character wasn’t named after him.

I wish it was more clear if it was intentional that Rhaenys dies crushed under the very same dragon that she used to crush dozens of innocent people without a second thought just to make Aegon briefly piss himself.

He’s had a two point bump since the debate. Him doing worse than usual and Trump doing better than usual meant they were on about the same level, and add on Trump’s nonstop easily proven lies and it’s easy to see what the actual result was. And might I add, Jake Tapper was just caught telling such obvious anti-Biden

Honestly, maybe the most fun part of the movie for me was the endless game of “How many instrumentations can we give that theme song?”

This movie’s by the same director as First Blood and Uncommon Valor, by the way.

Archimedes rigged the dial to bring help back to him. This is spoken extremely clearly by Wombat.

That one has him telling Alec Baldwin “Be careful what you shoot at,” which is pretty uncomfortable now.

I adore how Lao Che is treated like this huge recurring nemesis in a much bigger story that doesn’t actually exist. Really gives the sense that Indy has a whole life outside the bubble of what we get to see.

A nicely subtle joke with Tek Knight’s pride in having a first edition of Uncle Tom’s Cabin. Despite the insult that “Uncle Tom” has become, the book itself is a fierce anti-slavery screed that made the South so furious that they created an entire “anti-Tom” literature genre about how great it was. Thus, the joke is

One more thing: I have to take every opportunity to point out that one of the last things Jim Henson’s version of Kermit did (quite possibly the VERY last thing he shot) was kill a Nazi.

Regarding the franchise’s future, boy, if only one of these movies had a young sidekick character who could take over as the main hero, played by an actor who’s currently universally beloved thanks to a return to the job after decades that got him a ton of awards. But what are the odds of that happening?

Reportedly Spielberg told him after the premiere “I thought I was the only one who could make one of these. You proved me wrong.”

The reason for that opening at Tracy’s grave in For Your Eyes Only is that Moore initially wanted to retire after Moonraker, so they wanted the next actor to get an introduction tied into the franchise’s past. Then he decided to stick around, so it’s just kind of pointless.

I maintain that the “hate speech” was just the excuse they latched onto after Jenna Ortega left the film, and they couldn’t figure out a way to make a story with just one of the sisters work. Not saying that’s better or worse than genuinely thinking support for Palestine is hate speech, but there it is.

I actually liked Dial of Destiny a lot more than I was expecting, but I do have two major issues with it:

In this very comment section, he’s already implied that people with autism are all rapists.
