Over the past year I have developed a taste for Belgian Trappist Dubbels. I have found a few Dubbels brewed locally (obviously not Trappist ales) that are delicious, and have had some true Belgians in bottles.

Also, had Tripel Karmeliet a few months back and it’s one of the best beers I’ve ever tasted. That and Fin Du Monde are extremely pleasant beers.
