Actually, I’m the opposite, single no kids. Last year, at the end of many Sundays spent on the couch, I found myself saying “that wasn’t any fun at all”, like I was doing it out of a sense of duty.

That’s what I would call the major factor for me as well: the bullshit. Between Goodell, CTE-denial, definition of a catch, the year round need to be making news, and others.

Completely anecdotal, but I know of three people in my social circle (myself included) who have just given up on the NFL altogether. Quit watching this year cold turkey. And we were all fantasy football, football pool, watch all day Sunday kinds of fans.

You left out the part where the Toronto Sun a “newspaper” owned by Postmedia offers up a $1,000 reward to anyone who can ID this guy who turns out to be a Postmedia employee.

He also appears in Bud ads, which is probably not something a recovering alcoholic should be doing.

In the first Frank Gunn Twitter photo, the guy beside the girl in the hat has disappeared, presumably along with whomever he might be looking at in the red circles photo. Also, in that photo, widow’s peak guy has a cup of beer in his hand.
