Throwback Day: it’s not just for uniforms anymore.
I’m in BC and was looking to come down. Just about every hotel in downtown Seattle was sold out or had rooms available for $500 per night. Even as late as yesterday, I was still trying to find an affordable way to get there for today’s game.
Also note the crowd reaction for this game played a couple thousand miles from Toronto. Half of British Columbia seems to have attended this series.
Don’t even have to watch it to know the punchline. That line has stuck with me since it first aired.
