The assumption I'm making is that everyone of the 36 candidates gets at least one vote — even if one of those candidates is Jeremy Giambi. Because its the HOF, just like how U of Illinois always gets a top 25 vote somehow.

You cannot force drunken college students to be cordial anymore than you can force ducks to be swans — Especially since the college football athlete has free room, board, and tuition (often) whereas the average student in the student section is paying for these things out of pocket.
