I would like to say one thing in favor of this episode.

Doesn’t the NRA have enough sacrifices already?

One way would be for the party strategists to stop thinking about how to get more votes in areas that are already solid Dem, and see what they can go to win new voters in the “barely Republican” districts.

I can’t bring myself to actively cheer for anyone’s death - but that doesn’t mean I have to shed even a single tear when they go.....

If your list does not include either Smoking Bishop or a proper Wassail (made with beer, to distinguish it from mere mulled wine or cider), I will *personally* make sure that the Ghost of Christmases Past haunts you to the end of your days.

You know, I’d probably enjoy Candied Walnut Cheesecake. But what I really want is more Egg Nog ice cream. Here in suburban NYC, with upscale supermarkets all over, why the heck do I have to drive around to four or five places in the hopes that ONE of them has it? Buying egg nog and freezing it isn’t the same.

Don’t make me go looking for that specialty cookbook I saw online once....
