I have fond memories from 20 years ago of stopping at a restauraunt across the river from Jamestown and having the "taste of Virginia" plate. Peanut soup, Virginia ham, and peanut pie. Damn tasty. Completely agree about the art in The Kindly Ones. It was distracting. But The Sandman from Brief Lives on is just about perfect, excluding that artwork.
