The last 3 skins were the forms

I think a lot of high level players will tell you that in Ultimate, at least, lots of characters play pretty similarly. They’re less unique than in Melee or Brawl, for sure.

Big day for people who like bad games.

I’d be playing in school under my desk while pretending to follow along in my outdated textbook.

Honestly don’t really want this. Played a bit of 3 and playing Prime 1 right now. Really enjoy how deliberate and guided the experience is. Not sure you get the same kind of “oh shit!” revelations you do if everything has to be balanced around getting upgrades in different sequences.

I gotta think this was inspired by some of the Thomas the Tank Engine mods to go with the King book

The art style underwent a pretty big change from the original to remake. Became a lot more lush. I think that affects the game tonally. Whether or not the emptiness in the original was an intentional decision, it added a lot to the tone of the game in my opinion. And then of course the default controls were changed to

Yes, I should have specified. I would like the old version to be ported forward with remakes. I think the old versions are still interesting and different and worth playing. It’s not really an unreasonable ask in my opinion.

I think that only works because the the Halo ones were graphic remasters. When Bluepoint does something it’s a complete overhaul - you can’t swap so easily. I wish they’d include a port of the original with the remake, myself. Lot of work though.

Their remakes are solid, but I do dislike that going forward they become the “canon” version of the games. I’d like to be able to buy the un-remade versions of Shadow of the Colossus and Demon’s Souls, too.

I think it’s just how I like to play games and my personal thoughts on design. I don’t want things to be seamless or convenient, necessarily. Lots of the depth and charm, to me, was in that planning and circling back and noting areas to go later. Convenience is nice, but I think the modern Pokémon experience is almost

Eeeeeesh. Glad they’re getting paid. Let out a sigh when I saw the headline because I am not optimistic for Netflix’s handling of the studio, especially given the company’s use of analytics to make writing decisions for their shows. Feels, to me, like that has led to more digestible and generic content, which really

A perhaps spicy take I have is that I don’t like the new convenient HM design in Pokémon. Carrying a ‘mon with HMs used to be part of prepping for an excursion, and often a tradeoff in your battle capabilities.

1. Asteroid to the set

The fact that we keep vilifying select people for their religious beliefs and making weird generalizations to strangers like this is some real targeted bigotry

What “conservative values” are being demonized here? LGBTQ conversion therapy is a conservative value? Nobody’s mad because he wants low taxes.

Kirby’s Breath of the Wild moment, let’s go. We’ll hear about it in the direct, maybe?

Never noticed he’s using a GC controller before. Nuts.

but Type Lumina even lets you change parts of their outfits sometimes.
