Maybe this is the weekend I finally start Hades

I finished FF7! I’m... free? Oh gosh I don’t know what I’ll do with myself now. I liked it, but it didn’t impact me as it has others. Maybe that’s because I’m not nostalgic for it, and maybe that’s because many of the best things it does have been iterated on and improved. But it was worth playing and I’m excited to

fair enough

The roach exterminator is gonna cost a lot tho.

Thanks for this!

Probably not, but those watching a tournament are probably the type to play it as an esport.

You think? I feel like he’s so weird and disconnected from how to be A Person that he actually is.

It was nice to be able to explore without 50 things yelling at me to go to do a trailing mission

That’s why Breath of the Wild is still the best game of the last generation. I’m bummed out that many people reacted negatively to the “emptiness” when it’s exactly what’s so great about the game.

I like being reminded of the E3 conferences so I can reconnect with that hype I had for random games. I never even bought this one, but it had an exciting couple of conferences.

Well a) it’s good to call out private companies, if Chevy’s brakes suck and you want them to know you shouldn’t do it in private and b) he wasn’t even on-stream so nobody except the few people watching in-tournament even saw this.

Never really played those games, but it could probably be very cool!

Just don’t get hit!

Classic private company making a situation a bigger deal by getting salty about it. Just tell him to change it and it’s literally never discussed. Now it’s A Thing. Solid work!

I see you’re in the know, then! Me too.

Golf Story is honestly pretty close!

That’s one of those cases where piracy is actually really useful as an archival tool, shouldn’t feel bad for that.

I’d be okay to let some of the politics slip. Maybe you’re more a foot soldier or knight being pushed around by those things rather than the one driving them.

Ideally everybody is doing new IP stuff, shoutout to Ethan’s article last week, but if we must... I’d still like the open-world Game of Thrones game that Skyrim almost was. Think it would be very fun to visit those spaces in 3D and maybe (as a fan of the books) with reimagined designs and characters.
