No, yams and sweet potatoes are not the same thing. Everything labeled as a yam in the grocery store (assuming you are in the US) is a sweet potato. Yams are a completely different type of tuber.

I think most of the album is good for running. Most of the songs are pretty uptempo. Probably the only one that isn’t great is New Year’s Day, which is the last track. So, if you’re like me, you’re done before you get to that point.
