A couple things I’m hopeful for in season 2:

* There’s a spin-off manga made at the height of the early “Japanimation” boom called Death At Death’s Door that shows the other side of what happens in the “Season of Mists” storyline. It’s very funny, and shows how surprisingly sympathetic Despair can be.

* Delirium,

BREAKING: HBO has cancelled The Franchise upon learning it costs money to write and produce.

It’s very important to accurately portray the history of extraterrestrial big-game hunters who came to North America in the early 18th century.

There is something endearing in the way Amber Midthunder is embracing this moment, especially since I can’t imagine that she even imagined there would be a role like this available to a Native American actress. Hopefully this gives her that boost to get more good roles as she was great in the film.

Mate, I’ve just seen this and while I loved the film as a whole I think you’re particularly going to enjoy it as a Midthunder showcase.

You want this man to die BEFORE he can see everything he’s worked for humiliatingly stripped from him and forced to face the consequences of a life built on lies and hatred? Where’s your humanity?

It’s funny because I hope he fucking dies.

yes, so fucking pumped as well, and I actually know very little about the series. I don’t know which edition is being released this friday, but I hope the Comanche version is released as well.

“Amber Midthunder is fucking awesome and hasn’t been used well since Legion.”

“decidedly anachronistic 1700s culture”

also it’s fucking crazy that you can direct the biggest box office hit of 2020 AND a hit streaming show for disney+ and still have absolutely no leverage to get your movie even dumped out without promo.

Five features (not counting Batgirl), two shorts, and several TV episodes, including two for Ms. Marvel, which they also executive produced.

The callous treatment seems enough to give any ... pause about working with the company, but particularly about dipping their toes into the shambles of ...

Xenomorphs hybridise with whatever lifefeforms’ chests they burst out of. What we think of as a “standard” Xenomorph is one that was born from a human host. In Prometheus and Covenant, we see an Engineer-based Xenomorph, and then the results of David introducing first Shaw and then more human hosts into the mix until

Yeah, like for real — a movie starring Leslie Grace (and Michael Keaton), directed by the same people that just nailed Ms. Marvel... how bad could it be for a studio that willingly distributed Superman III, Superman IV, and Catwoman?

Right? How bad must something be for even WB to be like “No, this will do irreversible damage to our reputation and brand.”

sources referred to the movie as “irredeemable” after test screenings.

Is it me or do Zazie Beetz and Brian Tyree Henry attend the same casting calls and tag team them as they seem to always get hired together. ( I’m not complaining , love them both just noticed this is the 2nd or third movie they appear on together)

It looks as though this show has decided to end its story in a very contemplative and pensive direction. I’m not sure how I’ll feel about it until it’s all over, but it’s certainly a bold creative decision. I certainly felt the decay of Jimmy’s soul in that beautiful music montage, that’s for sure.
