it would be pretty great to have an episode presented as a series of flashbacks, in classic TV manner, but The Doctor keeps running through the background of them in the wrong order and we have to piece together what's happening

yeah, man. I don’t really see why we need an Iron Man 2 either, but let’s at least reserve our judgement till it comes out!
super Bojack joke and I love it
all of this is a big reason why six episodes just isn’t enough for the D+ shows, especially a character as wild and complicated as Moonie is. there just isn’t enough time to dig into the nuances of the character the way, say, Daredevil had.
oh you a child child, gotcha. must be fun being you, getting this mad when someone explains a factual piece of information to you
there's literally direct involvement from X-Men and F4 members in this movie, you manchild. you're genuinely talking out of your ass with this whole spiel. go see the movie
for sure, having an “evil” alter would be pretty silly and to an extent probably undo a lot of the good work they did making Steven feel like a fleshed-out, real character
Jake has been pretty violent since the Marc Spector: Moon Knight run of comics, though? and Marc has become a lot more tempered and to an extent redemptive in Lemire and McKay
you uhh might wanna see this movie before you judge their plans for X-Men and F4 ahead of time lmao
speaking of the black oil I’m 100% choosing to believe that’s a little easter egg Vince threw in from his time on X-Files
welp guess you don’t have to suffer much longer! and we don’t have to hear this awful take ever again
this band go against that grain because they’re so much more interesting now. Dogrel is fine, but all it really has going it for it is ‘raw’ - A Hero’s Death and this album are so much more expansive, dynamic and interesting. they’re a fantastic band and “I Love You” is one of the best songs of the year
...nah the worst possible take to translate to TV would be Bendis or Bemis and it’s not close lmao. hell even Huston’s version would be pretty awful these days as he seemed really determined to make Marc an abusive, unlikable, wife-beating jackass with no sympathetic points whatsoever
it's pretty clearly taking heavy influence from Jeff Lemire’s run on Moon Knight which used the mental hospital as a reason to get some truly powerful insights into Marc as a character. not to mention the whole cliffhanger into hospital reality felt very Legion. I’d say those are much clearer reference points here…
yeah. the character work in BCS is so much better it's wild. BB was excellent at landing those holy shit moments that made everyone lose their mind, but look past those and it's a pretty inconsistently written show
I fucking love Nacho, he is absolutely precious, and if he makes it out this season alive I’ll eat a whole damn hat. dude has been barely dodging death for like three seasons straight
such a good episode. Oscar Isaac’s performance is magnetic. the way he flipped his body language back and forth in the trial scene between Marc and Khonshu was an extraordinary piece of physical acting, same with that one-scene transition from Marc to Steven. some of the coolest visuals in the MCU in years, too,…
we already got one set in the actual Breaking Bad timeline in s4, when we see Saul shredding evidence in his office and making his call to Vacuum Repair Guy. honestly I don’t think there’s any need to actually include Jesse and Walt again but I trust this creative time to do it right
in dude's defense it's a hotel pool. his blood is probably the cleanest thing in there
last week I was pretty worried about Van, now I'm extremely concerned that Earn seems to be having dreams about a guy with his name killing himself. this show is wild lmao
