And try building a 7 mile tunnel in the US for a cost that does not include the word “billion”. $160 million for this is ungodly cheap for this type of work. Denmark’s infrastructure is so, so good, and doubly so if you are on feet or a bike, and about 100X better than the US for pedestrians. But, you know, socialism.

It’s not just about servicing the villages, but for providing a regional shipping route for cargo and alleviating the increasing traffic.

Or... they have a relatively wealthy government that actually has an interest in helping the population and improving their quality of life. I suppose that does feel like a foreign concept these days...

I don't even expect our terrible healthcare system to cover a converted van....but I would expect our system to actually cover healthcare stuff, which is sometimes a challenge. This is the only modern country where you have to buy extra insurance for your insurance...and even then they can decide not to pay for…

That means food, water, shelter, education, healthcare, and mobility. Doesn’t have to be fancy, but nobody should be hungry, thirsty, homeless, ignorant, sick,…

Bravo on the new purchase, the past few years of Honda’s are finally edging out the Siennas in overall quality and styling IMHO (I own a 07 and 11 Sienna.. jury is out on my next van). I feel for you and your wife- the added expense of the conversion is no small thing.
