That's weird, I missed that they had it because it is listed as a South American city in their cities by Region (page 3). Why the heck do they have it as a South American city?

The problem is that Washington DC and San Francisco are not even in the top 10 of US cities, if they were just looking at biggest then they should have used Houston and Philadelphia instead. I really wish they would have had an exact criteria for which cities they chose.
