The flashlight scene was super reminiscent of the swinging overhead light scene from Evil Dead 2 when he had to use the chain saw to cut up his girlfriend after she was possessed. I think it worked really well here as well.

Holy Crap it looks like David Tennant is playing the perfect Purple Man.

It may be also that the trucks pivot the coils to give it steering ability. That would give it more control while still being able to hover.

I originally thought it would end up being Monica, but damn I love your idea of it being Misty Knight. She could still have her bionic arm and be kind of a Winter Soldier/Captain mash up (although hers is the right not the left arm).

Starz is probably okay with it being seen online primarily. Although it could be a great party show/movie for the day.

Look, it sucks when this happens, but we have to remember that any money you send to a creator at Kickstarter is a donation not a purchase. It says so right in the original agreement you accept when you donate to a Kickstarter project.

Heck, a lot of time when you invest in a Tech product by the time the project

A steel version of the Judge Dredd helmet from the 2012 movie. I should say I’m working on several of these for a friend of mine.

I just thought of another interesting example in this discussion and it was you bringing up Spidey that got me thinking. The Symbiotes Venom/Carnage/etc etc. Spidey said that Venom augmented his strength when he was wearing it, but then later when it goes to Eddie Brock it didn’t seem to lose any of it’s strength. Of

See, now you are definitely giving me the impression that you are reading way more into what is going on than intended. You notice that at no point have I insulted any one directly (unlike yourself you has directly insulted me several times now). I HAVE insulted the OP’s argument as illogical and I fully admit that,

Of course the statement could come from a position of frustration over people perpetuating an argument that if thought about for a minute just doesn’t make sense and they expect more from said people.

While in the comic world it may not be consistent, I think the logic is still sound in general. Also the examples I gave are very broad while you are cherry picking examples. Iron Man’s armor has gone both ways, Roady was in better physical shape than Stark when he took over the armor for a while yet the max strength

See, I hate this argument because it is completely illogical. I’ll tell you why after I give you a much better argument for why she isn’t muscular.

I had to make the mask for her, now I need to get some decent wings made. :)

In my case my wife just linked me the article and I didn’t realize that it wasn’t new at the time. Everyone else I don’t know about.

This is the reason my 6 year old daughter is into superheroes. I posted a picture farther up of her in her Hawkgirl costume at Phoenix Comic Con and it is all because of this Hawkgirl right here.

I always felt that story was there to kind of poke fun at the confusing origins of the characters.

Thanks to the Justice League and Justice League Unlimited animated series my Daughter LOVES Hawkgirl. (This is a picture of her at Phoenix Comic Con as we were finding members of the Justice League to get her picture with)

The only reason they are the first “Shippers” is because there was no internet when this show was on...
