That is because without Ryan Reynolds there would be no Deadpool movie. He pretty much has been carrying the project for over a decade. HE is the one that has been shopping it in front of everyone that would listen, HE is the one that got a script written, HE is the one that got FOX to okay test footage being made,

See, I didn't really mind the shallow villains that much because to me they were just there to highlight the developing relationship of the heroes. Especially with that many characters in the mix it is hard to give everyone time so I'm glad they stuck with the Heroes development because you can't wait for the next

I guess I don't see how this is mocking people with chemical dependency issues (an issue that I have had close personal experience with). It isn't saying the original story line is a joke, or the original cover is a joke, it is just taking the original cover and having a little fun with it without taking anything

Dog Soldiers is one of my favorite movies of all time, definitely one of the best Werewolf movies. Gingers Snaps I didn't really care for though...

They continued the importance of the costume in "Winter Soldier" when Cap went out of his way to get a costume at the end pointing out "If you want to fight a war you need a uniform".

See, I don't really agree, I think that this is a really interesting mix of history and literature and may actually be an entertaining movie. Vlad is a hero in the part of the world that used to be Transylvania because he helped protect his land from foreign invaders even if some of his methods were, what we view

That would be perfect. Honestly completely perfect.

I completely agree with you on this. I saw "The Shinning" when I was a boy and I thought it was good and scary, then I read the book as a Teenager and realized that it was completely different in tone than the movie was.

At at the center is the boredom infinity stone.

I agree with you there, even though most people in this thread won't. To me he had not only the haunted look but the mood swings of someone that just wasn't really right in the head, and then you wonder if that all wasn't an act in the first place. He was calm and focused around Alfred when it was just the two of

So far the only one a didn't like was Sucker Punch, the rest vary from kind like to like a decent amount. 300 is probably the one on the top of the list.

At least Luke Cage is getting a TV show.

I loved it as well, and had actually kind of forgotten about it. Now I'm going to watch it again for the first time in at least 2 decades and I have this site to thank for it. That is why I come here. :D

Yes, but the Steam Engine is not one of them. The original Steam Engines could hardly pull any weight at all, but then they were improved to the point that they could pull thousands of tons, to me that is definitely orders of magnitude difference. You can quibble about me not quoting his question exactly but that

So you are saying that they are at the same efficiency that they were when they started? There was no increase in efficiency from say better valve designs or better materials used in construction?

How could you saw that isn't improving over time? That is just silly when you look at the amount of improvement over just the last 5 years.

That has been improved in several ways including materials that they were made out of , number of blades for different applications, angle of the blades for different applications. If the technology hadn't been partially displaced by turbines then we would probably be seeing faster improvement, but because of the

All of those dramatically have increased over time until they were displaced by new technology. Look at the engine in a model T compared to what is in a modern automobile, or the early steam engines to what was powering trains until they were displaced by Diesel.

Those have improved drasticly. The originals looked like they came out of Frankensteins' Laboratory sparking every time they were turned on or off. Now we have switches that we can control with our smartphones.

I actually think that this should be seen in 3D, and IMAX 3D if possible. There were several gags that were set up so you get more out of them in 3D.
