It was a REALLY bad year.

At the plant my dad worked at, they had a picture posted on the Safety bulletin boards. A guy had neglected to remove his wedding ring, and got it caught on an industrial press, Not only did it rip his finger off, it pulled the tendon out of his arm. Apparently, in the picture, it looked like a skinny hairless rat.

I met him at X-Con Myrtle Beach a few years ago, and got him to sign that picture of Space Ghost, Zorak and Moltar sitting around a table, drinking coffee.
