Happens with every racing league, sadly. What are you gonna do?

Are you talking about the VMax having bad handling, or the Venture? I haven’t driven the latter, so that might be true, but the former handles brilliant. Which makes sense, considering its stock wet weight is already almost the same as the race-prepped bagger in the article. Besides that point, a 200HP engine is going

Yup. My SV650 (Same engine) gets almost 65MPG when I’m not riding like a complete moron.

It’s usually done out-of-pocket, yeah. For used stuff, there’s virtually no incentive to get rid of it ASAP (Outside of maintenance and space requirements), which won’t be an issue for a long, long while yet.

Bingo. I haven’t been negotiating one penny on my inventory (For obvious reasons), and I still have more buyers than I’ve ever had. The issue isn’t a lack of buyers, the issue is there’s nothing to sell in many cases. The amount of people I’ve turned away looking for 4x4s has been mind-blowing.

Exactly. There’s a lot of competitors in this space (And I’d say Honda’s is perhaps the single most famous bike in the entire segment), so only allowing two brands in seems stupid.

This... Kinda seems like it’s doomed from the get go. Full-size scooters are already a tiny market (Yamaha stopped producing them, Honda stopped producing them, Suzuki stops them this year). Even there, the ones that are produced are usually big and powerful because they’re meant to be highway bikes. It makes no sense

That’s silly to me. Other bike brands make baggers than just those two (Hell, Yamaha actually does make a legit bagger).

I stand by my assessment that Yamaha should’ve tossed a batwing and bags on to a VMax and giggled as it absolutely curbstomped the competition.

I always appreciate them, because my dailies are both Suzukis, so there’s a kinship there.

I was going to say I still do this, but I’ve just now realized I’m 31.

Yep. Motorbikes all suffer from this too. I don’t care the the YZF-R1M stands for stuff that all makes sense... It’s still an incredibly boring name. Bring back actual names for things.

Yup. One of the motorbike shops near me has four bikes in their inventory. Four.

Hit the nail on the head there. I had a Scottish friend telling me they needed a new car now, because they wanted to do more outdoors stuff.

This might be the most clever comment I’ve seen in months. Bravo.

Tail lights look sweet on this thing. Might be my favourite taillights since the Furai.

You forgot our most famous one: Dildo.

I think you misunderstand me - BC also has communities that simply don’t want to transition, even though they absolutely could. The Prairies and the Northern Territories, in comparison, have several places where going electric is out-and-out impossible, irrespective of whether or not people want to. The range

That would be true, were it not for the steam cleaning and alcohol wipes. The Febreze is simply to nick out any smells that you aerosolized during cleaning.

At least we have a bit of a coast-to-coast charging network for the few BEVs we do have.
