This is nuts. I was born in 1979, and I have known who this guy is since about 1986.  I have seen Better off Dead many, many times.

Stone is definitely that kind of asshole. He also strikes me as being insecure and terrified of being eclipsed by the younger generation (exacerbated by the fact he hasn’t mad a decent movie in a couple decades).
