+1 Single-stream recycling is the worst thing ever to happen to recycling, IMO, because it was entirely predictable that it would result in people treating recycling bins as defacto trash cans to a greater extent than they already did.

I can’t remember the proper name for it, but he’s apparently getting his powers from a magical Eye that he swapped in for one of his own.

The wizard traditionally wasn’t black in the comics (he was technically of Middle Eastern ethnicity but pretty much always portrayed as white), so it seems bizarre to critique the film for diversifying the casting.

His powers have to with the Eye of Something or other (sadly, I can’t remember the name off the top of my head) which he’s substituted for one of his own eyes.  I’m guessing he’ll lose the Eye toward the end of the film and show up unpowered in any sequel.
