The people you talked to either lied about having seen the movie or are blind and deaf. His motivation was ridiculously on the nose to the point of being chiseled into the theater screen.

I don’t think having him not be the real bad guy wouldn’t have helped one bit. What I think he needed, IMO, is just to be less of a cliche at the end.

Which is why they are, imo, the weakest point of each of the movies except ant man and spider man.

I dunno, on one hand he was beginning to look like a good nuanced villain and I was digging it, but then they turned him into a bog standard bad guy when he’s burning all the flowers and talking about sending weapons so Wakanda can rule the world.

Honestly, seems like an odd issue to have. Just because I don’t have the “fantasy” of wrecking cars doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy burnout or some other car-destruction themed game.

Monster Hunter is kinda lucky D2 sucked as much as it did, nearly everyone I know that got pissed at Destiny migrated to MHW.

They are ever evolving fights, kind of like Fury except instead of the boss just getting lots of new moves they also move to new locations changing the methods you can engage the boss with.
