Sure, it’s pretty simple. Transsexuals suffer from a known mental illness called gender dysphoria. They’re born women but think they’re men, or vice versa.

You know why they had counselling? Because they were mentally ill, that’s why. Before physicians prescribe treatment the first thing to do is actually diagnose the illness. In cases of mental illness, you spend plenty of time with a psychiatrist, as your friends did.

Why do you care what I would call you? If I knew you were born a man, I’d call you a man no matter what. If you dressed as a woman to try to pass yourself off as one, I’d say you likely had a mental condition because that’s not normal behavior.
