At least that single cab F-150 has a useful-sized bed. All these humongo crew cab pickups with the dinky beds utterly baffle me—like owning a wheelbarrow and only able to haul away one pail of dirt at a time.

If it isn't all new. What's the problem with that? All it needs is an upgraded engine and tech. Everything else was already good.

I see your point, but think about the Jeep Wrangler: More evolution than revolution. The shell is familiar, but the bones are still all new. I think the lesson learned is if its not broke, dont fix it.

fck thats even worse

Maybe we should start another GoFundMe page to hire a thief to steal this guy’s Lamborghini, sell it, and donate the proceeds to a charity.

I decided to block my kids from YouTube after seeing some crazy shit on the YouTube Kids app. Like Mickey Mouse beating a pregnant Minnie Mouse and some more disturbing things passing through the filters. I think I read that YouTube is still “updating their policies” because of that kind of thing, but some of the

Agreed.  The fact that people have to use it for that is a bigger problem than begging for car parts.

Go Fund Me is a cancer on our society.

Has Hyundai tried explaining to the owners “whoever smelt it, dealt it?”

You know you’re a Jalopnik writer when your first thought is ‘maybe I can spend more money and buy a ‘new’ 30-year old frame and part over my 30-year old components’ instead of ‘I should go buy something actually new.’

Dude.....Just buy a modern mountain bike.

“Where have all the cheap apartments gone?”

I’ve only ever bought used cars for myself, but you’re always buying someone else’s problems.

the image isn’t big enough to be sure, but that looks like a cast aluminum control arm. Casting aluminum can be tricky; it oxidizes almost immediately on exposure to air, and if those oxide inclusions make it into the cast part they can be a stress raiser and the source of a fracture.

Warranties relate to reasonable wear and tear... Not terrible driving.

Any product can have a part that was accidentally made improperly. That’s what warranties are for. But the bizarre damage to a week-old car makes me wonder what REALLY happened here. Anything can be pushed past its breaking point.

Can’t beat a 1Up. Not cheap. But it’s the best. One of the few, maybe only, that preserves most of your departure angle. Rack of choice for Wranglers around here.

Another vote for a hitch mount system, specifically the 1Up. I installed a 2-tray ‘super duty’ system on my Previa a few years ago and I use it 2-3x a week. Note you’ll need a 2" receiver. IMO the heavy duty system is overkill unless you plan to do a lot of high-speed shuttling with a friend’s Raptor. LOL. Oh, and the

I suppose the reasons include (1) the fact that they keep reposting the original with its comments; and (2) it was a pretty dumb comment to begin with.

Easily the best purchasing decision I’ve made this decade was buying a Brother laser printer and throwing the inkjet down into the basement a few times. Color’s not worth the time and frustration.
