Those pictures remind me of being in middle-school sex ed, and they show you weird pictures of anatomy that are excessively detailed, and you’re kind of aroused, but also confused and a bit frightened.

That’s because top gear was like 0.10:1 overdrive or something ridiculous like that. Engine turned like 200 rpm @ 80mph in top gear.

My Accord once got backed into and T-boned by an old lady in an Equinox in front of Office Depot. I was given a Chrysler 200 for two weeks.

So yes, I think I fully understand the pain of crashing a front engine Ferrari swapped vehicle.

He’s going to have less competition because the American guy that wanted one is dead.

It’s the reason Pagani still makes Zondas and why not?

So that Asian fella that was mad about not getting an Aperta has a chance now? or will Ferrari deny him an entry to bid at the auction too?

Jeez, a lot of Alex Roy hate in these comments. I don’t understand it. Yeah he #speeds. He apologized for it. And I thought Jalops hated speed limits. Whatever. That’s not why I like him. I like Alex Roy because he has Citroens and a no bullshit attitude about Vetements.

“single wing monoblade Bosch makes.”

Thinking back to my Autoparts slinging days...

Oil - even the cheapest oil that is API certified today is better than the stuff from 10-15 years ago. Actually this applies to most fluids.. Brake, PS, Washer, etc...

Bulbs - you don’t need those super expensive Long Life or hyper white tail light bulbs.

Who is “you guys”?

They should re-make the stereos with modern bluetooth/MP3 storage. They would sell thousands.

My feelings on supercars and supercar drivers change based on where I see them:

Seems a bit too schticky, American-TV-series-schlocky. I thought the same about the beginning of The Grand Tour, but it soon hit its stride and imparted something on me I had been missing since the end of season 21 of Top Gear UK (idk if it’s just me but season 22 and season 23 were equally trash. sorry.). And Top

I’m sort of torn because, conceptually, I like that we’re getting more cars on TV. But I also don’t really understand why there need to be multiple Top Gears running in parallel.

It reminds me of stories about airports/military air bases. Housing areas develop around them for commerce reasons, people complain about noise. I wonder if people don’t really think about noise levels when they spend their 5 minutes looking over a house before purchasing it.

Take out “drag strip” and replace with every great track you’ve seen shut down to build houses. This track. TOP GEAR’s TEST TRACK. Yes, they say the track would remain operational, but that’s never true. A continuous stream of noise complaints from homeowners is enough to screw with track operations, and eventually,

Building houses next to a race track is a bad idea. The people that move into the houses will complain about the noise.

So then...

And to think only a month ago a colleague of mine told me he NEEDED a wisefab kit on his S13 before he could start drifting it. Honey what you need is a lot more motivation and a few hours on youtube seeing how people used t-

Yeah... Being a “professional” drifter seems a lot like being a professional masturbator. I’m sure one can really become skilled with sufficient practice, but it just doesn’t seem to rise to the level of a profession.
