The CG looks so bad. As if it’s from 25 years ago. No budget obviously when your animated series looks like a PSone intro.

Most people use “Comic book movies” when they mean super hero movies. There are a shockingly large number of movies based on comic books that people never realize. Most recently “Old.” I mean shit, Road to Perdition is a comic book movie.
Speaking of which Persepolis was probably the lamest super hero movie ever. I don’t even know what Persepolis’ powers were supposed to be.
Disney’s gotta love this statement what with him on contract for two more Guardians things. But I guess those aren’t comic book movies, they’re comedy space epics or something.
Seriously isn’t a comic book movie just a movie about characters that appeared in a comic book? Fucking Ghost World and Weird Science are…
Nobody who was in these movies seems very happy about it. At best you have people like Oscar Issac and Adam Driver who have very publicly said they’re done with them, and have no interest in returning (of course, if Disney shows up with a big enough check that tune might change). At worst you have John Boyega and…

until we ultimately got to meet the owner of the yellow umbrella, Tracy (Cristin Milioti)—only for her to be killed off and for Ted to reunite with Robin.
You don’t take a Ferrari like Tiya Sircar and just have her sit in the garage as a personality-free sidekick on an awful sitcom like this

I think he should do it as a spoof of those Hallmark Christmas movies. Annie is overworked at her big FBI job and goes back to Greendale for the holidays. She gets back in touch with her old flame Jeff, who is still working at Greendale College and secretly holds a torch for her. Greendale College is at death’s door…
We’ve got have Brie Larson back so that Abed can explain to his girlfriend why he sold out to Hydra.
The movie was all the friends we betrayed along the way.
“‘a racist White woman becomes...Black.’”
“Pierce was secretly the best character”

Rewatching this a few months ago for the first time since it came out, the most refreshing thing about it was that when Elle tells Vivian and Emmett about her professor’s sexual harassment, they both instantly believe her. No hemming and hawing about it or anything.
It’s interesting reading this article when I just…
One other thing that I think makes this movie stand out is that even though Warner is the bad romantic pairing and is clearly closer to a villain than most of the other characters Elle’s age, he still doesn’t make the worst possible decision at every possible time.
I do love that ultimately Sylvie can’t get beyond her singular goal of toppling the TVA, consequences be damned. It makes sense to me that she’d only barely come to trust the other Loki even if she felt some affection for him, and that dissipated immediately once they were no longer on the same page regarding He Who…
